My tile project: kitchen backsplash

We had to remove the backsplash in our kitchen b/c the laminate was pulling away from the wood so I decided to tile tile it instead of replacing it. This is my very first attempt to tile anything - I hope it isn't too complicated!

Getting started...

Almost 2 hours into the project and making progress.

First wall laid out but still needing to be completed with the cut tiles

All of the tiles have been added (except around the switch plates). Next step on this wall: Grout.

Here is another wall that I started today. I have to mitre one of the tiles to go around the window. It may be this weekend before I get back to it. Stay tuned for more pictures!
