I didn't want to...

Well, our bedroom tv died last night. Our 19" LCD flat screen tv that was probably only 2 years old. And honestly, we could have lived without replacing it but Peyton and Nolan nap separately and we really need the tv in our bedroom (peyton actually doesn't nap - he watches tv - luckily for me he gave up naps a LONG time ago...). So, I went to Best Buy. Tv's are overpriced. I hope I"m not the only one that thinks that. And there are hardly any tube tv's out there anymore!!! But I ended up with a 32" flat screen that was missing the remote and power cord (got a good deal on it). I had the power cord from the broken tv and the remote we use is from dish network so I didn't need it anyway. So, I went to buy a 19" and left with a 32". Totally ridiculous, I know. But the 32" was cheaper than the 26" I was PROBABLY going to buy.

Now everytime I look at the tv, I can remind myself that it was supposed to be a new dishwasher. That's what I had PLANNED to buy this month (since ours is on its' last leg). Guess it will have to wait. Especially since Trey's car broke down on Monday and we had to spend $300 to get that fixed.

What do these retailers think - I'm Mrs. Moneybags?!!?!?!?!?!
