Today was a good running day. I started with a 1/2 mile warmup and then ran 3.5 miles without stopping! I've only been running for about 3 weeks so this is great for me! I continued to do a walk/run with a total distance of 5 miles. But the best part? I definitely know I can finish my 5K in June (hopefully running the entire thing) since I was able to do it today - a 5K is about 3 miles. I still have about 6 weeks to train so things are looking good!

You are my hero! I tried running the other day and it is hard!!! My sister in law wants me to do a 5k with her, but I don't think I am ready for that...plus I have to do my workouts with a double stroller and lots of little people...
