Andrea Schroeder (wife to Ricky Schroeder) and contestant on Top Design, wore this gown (she designed this window display) at the Emmy's. When I saw her on tv, I immediately started wondering if that was indeed the dress from the window challenge. After looking around, I finally found a picture of her in it.
