The Dark Knight, which has been out for almost 2 weeks now, is doing spectacular in the box office. Of course since I've been behind on my blog I haven't mentioned anything about it. I honestly went out of curiousity to see the role that Heath Ledger played. If the whole situation had not happened with him, I highly doubt that I would have gone. But I did. I really enjoyed the movie. The special effects were simply astonishing. I would love to know how they create it all although I highly doubt I'll ever be in a position to learn such information. I digress - I recommend the movie. Trey wasn't a fan but he also doesn't like comic book movies or sitting in a theater for 2 1/2 hours. Make sure you pick a comfy theater (ours was dated and didn't have stadium seating so it wasn't the best place for a long movie), bring money for some snacks (a movie that long certainly requires a drink and some pop corn), and sit back and enjoy an amazing performance by HL and the rest of the Dark Knight Cast. (and if you go to a matinee, you'll even save a little money!) TWO THUMBS UP!
