He did WHAT??!?!?!?!?!

I went to pick up the kids from school today. Ms. Ann, Nolan's teacher, jumped up when I walked in. She had something to tell me. She walked towards me, closed her eye and said, "do you see what Nolan did?" I didn't get it. I was like, "huh?" She said, "look at my eye!"

OH. MY. DAD.

Her eye was BLACK!!!!

MY SON GAVE HIS TEACHER A BLACK EYE.

YES. HE. DID.

Turns out it was an accident. He was playing, she was leaning over him, he stood up and there was a collision. Oh my gosh - I felt horrible! It actually happened yesterday and she didn't realize it would turn black! She said it hurt and was swollen but figured it would be fine this morning.

So, Nolan has flowers to take to Ms. Ann tomorrow morning with a nice card apologizing for giving her a black eye.

Never in my life did I think my child would give an adult a black eye! I know this is only the beginning. And that's why I'm FRIGHTENED!
