I got a text today from Stephanie telling me it was 5 weeks until we leave for Chicago! Woo Hoo! While our trip had been planned for April, we decided to move it up to March so that we could stay at the Conrad Hotel in downtown Chicago (ooh la la). We have quite the trip planned for us with so many sightseeing expeditions like the Sears Tower, Frank Lloyd Wright's Robie House, Navy Pier, Art Institute of Chicago, John Hancock Center, Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral, Mount Caramel Cemetery (of course to visit the grave of Al Capone...who else?), and of course to go shopping on Michigan Avenue. There are several other sites we will see but these are just a few to name!!!
I'm so excited....and I just can't hide it.... :-)
