NKOTB

Last night I had the opportunity to walk down memory lane. Middle school memory lane. I went to the New Kids on the Block concert! And let me tell you - it ROCKED! Those guys still know how to rock it. They performed many of their number one hits and I felt like I was a tween again!

Joey is still hot. He is. He always will be.

Jordan still thinks he is hot. He even had a wind blower on him during one of his songs with his shirt unbuttoned. But I was impressed that he still had a body.

Donnie...well Donnie was most likely drunk. He kept shouting out to "Greensville, SC." It became pretty funny.

Jonathan is still the quiet guy. He just blended in. I think he likes it that way.

Danny was pretty low key, too. But he did break dance.

I wasn't sure how they would be holding up after nearly performing in Greenville 20 years ago but they were moving and shaking.

And before it started they had five mike stands on stage all lined up. I was having flashbacks to the Furman concert. Oh they know how to work those mikes then and they still know how to work them now!

I screamed, squealed and jumped like a little girl. I felt sorry for my friend Melissa and the neighbors around us. But I was in a zone. An NKOTB zone. Nothing was stopping me last night.

I even danced.

Yes. I did.

Ask Melissa.

I screamed. and screamed. and screamed. And I'm horse today. But it was worth it!

And when the show was over we left and I bought a bootleg tshirt because honestly - what is better than a bootleg concert tshirt? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Ahhhhh....what a night. And a big shout out to Lizz for the hook up. I can't thank you enough. It was AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG!

"What's up, Greensville SC?"

I was at that Furman show 20 years ago also! It cracked me up when I heard that you were going. Oh to be that young again.
